The L&D Manager CE will focus on leading the deployment (awareness/implementation/sustainment) of the CE Learning and Development strategy and learning culture (‘Development mindset’) through specific ‘Learning opportunities’, a CE ‘Training calendar’ and a strong change leadership, all in alignment with regional, global and local realities. Proactivity, high quality and sustainable learning opportunities and practices will positively impact McCain’s future readiness.

**Responsibilities**
- Execute the CE L&D strategy and drive the McCain CE ‘Development mindset’.
- Design, manage and deliver various development programs or training modules in the area of leadership and personal development following the latest insights in (adult) learning principles.
- Program manage Leadership Development Programs.
- Design a CE Learning curriculum. Build and deploy the yearly CE training calendar.
- Provide internal L&D consultancy in the area of functional or technical development, going from instructional design to upskilling internal facilitation and coaching skills.
- Facilitate workshops/programs face-to-face as well as virtual.
- Deliver Train-the-trainer sessions and act as coach in follow up of leadership development programs.
- Engage with regional and local HR team and/or Functional leaders to clarify priorities for L&D interventions, based on organizational and/or individual needs; making sure to keep in line with regional and global priorities.
- Create synergies between new or existing processes, tools and programs (eg ‘Safety leadership’, ‘Sales capabilities’, ‘DEI’), with the purpose of maximizing learning journeys, behavioral change and customer delight.
- Integrate digital into the CE L&D practice: design engaging e-Learnings, leverage the LMS (SuccessFactors) as a planning, recording, reporting, self-service, identify key trends based on available data and calculate ROI.
- Deploy, and where needed update, existing processes and tools with the purpose of maximizing Personal Development & Learning.
- Challenge the status quo and propose opportunities for improvement and building an engaging, state of the art, future-focused L&D function.

**Qualifications**
- You have a master or bachelor degree, and a strong knowledge of adult learning.
- At least 5 years relevant experience with L&D.
- You are up-to-date with the new trends and technologies (e.g. digitalization) in learning and development.
- Preferably good understanding/experience of a highly competitive business (international environment, matrix organization).
- Superior skills in communications, interpersonal relations combined with a drive for results, initiative and integrity.
- Experience with Leadership development & assessment is considered and asset.
- Fluent in English, Dutch and French.
- Willing to travel: 25% within Continental Europe.
