Functiebeschrijving:

- Analyseer de bestaande systemen en identificeer verbeterpunten.
- Onderhoud en monitoring van verschillende computersystemen en programmeertalen.
- Identificeer nieuwe software/diensten die ontwikkeld kunnen worden om kansen te benutten.
- Analyseer en splits complexe vereisten op.
- Implementeer nieuwe ideeën om de werkstromen binnen de organisatie te verbeteren.
- Vervul de rol van expert bij het verzamelen van vereisten.
- Documenteer vereisten, maak functionele specificaties en bereid wireframes/stroomdiagrammen voor.
- Toezicht houden op de productontwikkeling volgens de specificaties.
- Faciliteer verandering
- en configuratiebeheer.
- Monitor prestaties, ontdek afwijkingen en stel noodzakelijke acties voor.
- Valideer de functionaliteit van het eindproduct volgens de specificaties.
- Interview enquêtewerkers om te beoordelen of hun prestaties bevredigend zijn.
- Bepaal de doelstellingen van het systeem en beschrijf de stappen van elk programma met behulp van een stroomdiagram.
- Gebruik het systeem om zakelijke problemen te analyseren en kosteneffectieve programma’s te ontwikkelen.
- Stel technische gebruikershandleidingen, systeemconfiguratiedocumenten en andere technische rapporten op.

Vereiste verantwoordelijkheden:

- Analyse van informatie om betere oplossingen te vinden.
- Gebruik van computerhardware en software voor gegevensinvoer, softwareontwikkeling en informatieverwerking.
- Bepalen of informatie voldoet aan zakelijke normen.
- Communicatie met medewerkers op verschillende niveaus binnen de organisatie.
- Aanpassing en uitbreiding van bestaande kennis.
- Onderhouden van interpersoonlijke relaties binnen de organisatie.
- Identificeren van verschillende acties en gebeurtenissen en deze effectief benutten.
- Communicatie met externe zakelijke partners.
- Overdracht van kennis over technische systemen.
- Moet in staat zijn om administratieve taken uit te voeren.

Vaardigheden en expertise:

- Minimaal 3 jaar aantoonbare ervaring in dit domein.
- Uitstekende vaardigheden in people
- en projectmanagement.
- Bewezen zakelijke kennis.
- Vermogen om te communiceren op verschillende niveaus: business, management, ontwikkeling, ICT-operaties.
- Diepgaande kennis van het specialisatiegebied.
- Analytische en onderzoeksvaardigheden.
- Vermogen om het grotere geheel te begrijpen.
- Kennis van data
- en procesmodellering.
- Vaardigheid in het verzamelen en begrijpen van vereisten.
- Kennis van databaseconcepten zoals DBMS, ETL en SQL.
- Goede mondelinge en schriftelijke communicatieve vaardigheden.
- Organisatorische en presentatievaardigheden.
