**Responsibilities**:
After a thorough training by some of our best developers, you will be responsible for the following:

- Work on multiple projects simultaneously, balancing quality with efficiency.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices and internal standards.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies, with a focus on technical mastery.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide updates or technical guidance.

**Profile**:
**Must-Have**:

- 3-5 years of experience as a software developer in a professional setting.
- Solid experience with **Laravel** and/or **Spring Boot** development.
- Excellent knowledge in front end development (e.g., Vue.js, React, HTML/CSS).
- Strong understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and object-oriented programming.
- Comfortable working on multiple projects and adapting to different client needs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and openness to client interaction.
- A clear ambition to grow into a **technical expert**

**Nice-to-Have**:

- Experience with REST APIs, microservices, or cloud environments.
- DevOps knowledge or exposure to CI/CD pipelines. Good knowledge of Docker
- Contributions to open-source projects or personal tech blog or other extracurricular activities.
- Ambition to coach juniors on a technical level.
