The indirect procurement department of Carrefour Belgium is set up in different spend pools. Currently **we are looking for a Procurement Officer IT.**

Thanks to our Smart Way of Working programme, you can work from home (or HQ or a Carrefour store) multiple days a week.

**YOUR MISSION**
- Guarantee the procurement for the entire Carrefour Belgium IT department
- Embrace the Carrefour Group's purchasing culture in his area.
- Establish tools and processes for the efficient management of the IT category in accordance with the Carrefour Group's specifications.

**YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Develop a purchasing strategy in co-operation with the Procurement Director & Internal Stakeholders
- Develop and evaluate department KPI's
- Manage, update and use of tools such as SAP ARIBA for all the Source-to-Contract processes
- Identify and manage the suppliers spend for the category
- Identify and discuss with the Procurement Director the contracts that needs to be re-negotiated
- Identify the improvements that are needed to manage the purchase category correctly and implement them, so as to establish best practices and a cost-savings mindset
- Prioritize savings activities; collaborate with Operations and other departments to identify areas of improvements.
- Aid the Procurement Director with RFI-Qs
- Willing to travel, visit suppliers.

**YOUR PROFILE**
- Bachelor degree or equivalent as a minimum
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in a multinational company, as a buyer - of which at least 2 within IT environment
- Good knowledge of the IT Market - including cloud (SAAS)
- Good experience regarding purchasing and financial figures
- Self-driven person & team player
- Good communication & administrative skills
- Fluent in French & English. Knowledge of Dutch is an advantage
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office & Google environment, SAP is an advantage.
