- Role Overview:

- As a Managing Consultant specializing in Corporate Sustainability and Climate Change, you will lead projects that help our clients navigate the complexities of sustainability reporting and climate strategy. Your expertise in CSRD will be crucial in guiding organizations towards compliance and excellence in sustainability performance. Additionally, you will play a key role in business development, expanding our client base and fostering long-term relationships.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage sustainability and climate change projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.- Provide expert advice on CSRD compliance and reporting, helping clients understand and meet regulatory requirements.- Develop and implement sustainability strategies that align with clients' business goals and regulatory frameworks.- Conduct sustainability assessments and audits, identifying areas for improvement and innovation.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability into core business processes.- Mentor and support junior consultants, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.- Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in sustainability and climate change, sharing insights with clients and the team.- Drive business development efforts, identifying new opportunities and expanding our client portfolio.- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.- Represent the company at industry events and conferences, enhancing our visibility and reputation.- Cooperate closely with partners, project managers and consultants, ensuring alignment and collaboration on key projects and initiatives.- Facilitate international collaboration, working with global teams and stakeholders to drive sustainability initiatives across borders

Qualifications:
- Fluent French speaker with fluent English proficiency (fluent Dutch is a plus).- Advanced degree in Business, Economics, Political Sciences, or a related field.- Minimum of 7 years of experience in sustainability consulting, with a focus on CSRD.- Proven track record of managing complex projects and delivering impactful results.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.- Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels.- Passion for sustainability and a commitment to driving positive change.- Experience in business development, with a demonstrated ability to generate new business and build lasting client relationships.
