L'entreprise DEVILLERS Sports & Abords, est spécialiste en entretien d’espaces verts dans le secteur privé et public.

DEVILLERS Sports & Abords qui fait partie du groupe Leidgens est également expert en construction et en maintenance de terrains de Football. Nous travaillons notamment pour le centre national belge (Diables rouges, ) ainsi que pour plus de 150 clubs de football, dont plusieurs clubs professionnels.

Nous mettons également nos compétences au service de plusieurs golfs wallons.

**MISSION**:
Vous maîtrisez les techniques spécifiques au secteur et aux produits.
Vous analysez des besoins du client.
Vous proposez des solutions techniques et de travaux.

Vous traduisez le cahier des charges du client auprès des services techniques internes.
- Proposition technico-commerciale adaptée (faisabilité, planning et coûts),
- Négociation, suivi de la commande, facturation.

Vous gérez le service après-vente : retour clients, assistance technique, apport d’un suivi post-chantier.

Vous développez le portefeuille clients sur une zone géographique spécifique
- Prospection (recherche) de nouveaux clients (« prospects » particuliers ou professionnels)
- Fidélisation des clients existants
- Vous établissez des objectifs de ventes prédéfinis

Vous vous assurez du bon suivi de vos dossiers en établissant un dossier de chantier complet avec tous les documents utiles (plan d’exécution, métré,) à transmettre aux équipes opérationnelles.

Vous collaborez à la bonne exécution des chantiers en apportant vos connaissances techniques.

**PROFIL**:
Etudes liées au secteur de l’agronomie ou avez des affinités avec le monde du gazon ;
Maitrise des techniques commerciales
- démarchage, négociation, vente, devis, facturation, etc.

Excellente communication verbale et écrite

Esprit analytique et de synthèse

Autonomie et initiative

Présenter une image constructive et positive

Travailler méthodiquement et rigoureusement

Les connaissances linguistiques en anglais et/ou néerlandais sont un réel atout

**OFFRE**:
Nous proposons un contrat CDI temps plein (38h/semaine)
