**De job in een notendop**

Je belangrijkste taak is het omzetten van strategische visies in concrete initiatieven die bijdragen aan de groei van de organisatie. Je team bestaat uit diverse project leads en andere teamleden binnen Belfius, en jouw rol hierin is het coördineren en ondersteunen van deze teams. Een typische werkdag ziet er als volgt uit: je werkt nauw samen met stakeholders, ontwikkelt business cases en presenteert voortgang en resultaten.

**Jij hoeft geen witte raaf te zijn**
Al kan je er bij ons wel één worden. Bij ons mag je volop je vleugels indien je voldoet aan de volgende voorwaarden:

- Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in projectmanagement, bij voorkeur met transformatieprojecten.
- leiderschap in het aansturen van projectteams.
- Sterke klantgerichtheid en interesse in het verbeteren van klantbeleving.
- Interesse in nieuwe technologieën zoals AI.

Je scoort extra met:

- Meertaligheid (Nederlands/Frans/Engels)
