The Receptionist role in our Aspria Brussels Royal La Rasante club is the perfect opportunity for a highly motivated and energetic individual with excellent interpersonal skills who wants to be part of the fast-moving and dynamic world of Health Clubs.

**Your responsibilities**
- Welcoming members, offering an efficient, friendly and polite welcome
- Dealing with telephone enquiries
- Taking bookings promptly and efficiently
- Dealing with Members complaints and answer requests/questions
- Collecting all payments from the Members by cash, credit card in accordance with information and correspondence received and dispense change
- Interacting and co-operating fully with all Club Department
- Performing night audits duties when required
**Your background**
- First work experience in a Customer Service environment
- Fluent in French and English - another European language is an asset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Stress resistant
- Highly organized and at ease with reservation software
- Flexible, shifts are between 06.30 and 23.00 and we are open during the weekend
- Great team spirit and energetic personality
