- en HR-diensten. Hun oplossingen overkoepelen de volledige employee life cycle, van de uitbetalingen van lonen tot het aantrekken, belonen en ontwikkelen van talent.

Als Payroll Process Consultant help je klanten ter plaatse met de optimalisatie van hun payroll proces.

**Over jouw rol**

Als Payroll Process Consultant ben je verantwoordelijk voor een ruim takenpakket:

- In kaart brengen, analyseren, automatiseren en optimaliseren van het payroll proces van onze klanten volgens de methodologie van de unit;
- Opmaken offertes, planningen, budget estimaties in overleg met je manager en commerciële aanspreekpunten binnen de organisatie;
- Bewaken/bijsturen scope, budget, timings als dan niet in overleg met de projectleider;
- Leiden/anticiperen/assisteren van workshops bij klanten;
- Implementatie/upgrade systemen zoals Protime, Assusoft in samenwerking met 3de partijen;
- Vertrouwensrelatie uitbouwen met klanten en het realiseren van upselling bij bestaande klanten;
- Inhoudelijk coachen en bijstaan van operationele payroll medewerkers.

**Wie ben je?**
- Je hebt minimum 3 à 5 jaar relevante ervaring in payroll en sociale wetgeving;
- Bij voorkeur een goede kennis hebt van het looninvoerpakket eBlox en tijdsregistratie Protime;
- Ervaring hebt met projectmatig en planmatig werken;
- Autonoom en nauwkeurig kan werken;
- Sterk klantvriendelijk en resultaatgericht bent;
- Flexibel en stressbestendig bent om de beoogde deadlines van je klant te halen;
- Professioneel kan omgaan met change en weerstand;
- Assertief bent, over de nodige communicatieve vaardigheden beschikt en zeer goede beheersing hebt van het Frans en Engels;
- Goede kennis hebt van de MS-Office toepassingen zoals Word en Excel.
