Als receptionist(e) ben je de attente gastvrouw/-heer aan het onthaal van onze klant in Brussel.

Wat ga jij doen?
- Je hebt een gastvrije en proactieve rol in het benaderen van de bezoekers.
- Je bewaakt de orde en netheid op kantoor.
- Uiteraard sta je, als hospitality host, dagdagelijks in voor:

- Het klantgericht en professioneel beantwoorden van mails
- Telefonie
- Agendabeheer
- Administratieve ondersteuning van het team.

**Functie-eisen**:

- Je hebt reeds enkele jaren ervaring als receptionist(e)/onthaalbediende.
- Je woont in de regio Brussel.
- Je bent perfect drietalig (Nederlands-Frans-Engels).
- Je bezit de kunst om mensen te ontvangen; de ideale gastheer/gastvrouw zijn, zit in je genen.
- Klant is koning Je denkt dus klantgericht en hebt sterke verbale en sociale skills.
- Je bent niet enkel het uithangbord van de klant, maar ook van Facilicom. We verwachten voldoende zelfstandigheid en initiatief in je manier van werken.
