What’s the job about:

- Adheres to global accounting standards and policies;
- Acts as first point of contact for vendors;
- Is responsible for the verification of the vendor master data;
- Prepares vendor reconciliations and payments;
- Supports the increase of DPO and coordinates exceptions on the standard 60 days payment term;
- Is responsible for the vendor invoice workflow;
- Processes non-operational invoices according to local policies;
- Follows-up on correctness of Purchase Orders;
- Prepares comments for the monthly A/P reporting within the given deadlines.

Who are we looking for:
A great colleague to join our Finance team and who possesses following qualities:

- A bachelor's degree in an Economic area or equivalent
- Good verbal and written proficiency in both Dutch and English, German is a plus
- Excellent Excel skills;
- An enthusiastic attitude with the drive to achieve accomplishments;
- A have a high sense of responsibility.
