De Associate is verantwoordelijk voor het ondersteunen van alle externe prospectieactiviteiten binnen een vestiging. De associate probeert proactief te infiltreren in netwerken om nieuwe leads te genereren voor de kantoren in de regio. Hierbij werkt de associate samen met vestigingsdirecteuren, private bankers, sales management en Marketing&Communications (MarCom).
**Description**
- Medewerkers zijn verantwoordelijk voor het genereren van nieuwe leads door samen met MarCom prospectgestuurde klantenevenementen op te zetten. - Medewerkers nemen deel aan deze evenementen en zorgen voor een maximale deelname van nieuwe leads en prospects op deze evenementen en houden de deelnemers aan het evenement nauwlettend in de gaten. Als leads of prospects niet zijn komen opdagen, zorgen de medewerkers ervoor dat er een ander contactmoment wordt afgesproken.
- Wanneer leads worden gekwalificeerd als prospects, dragen de medewerkers de gekwalificeerde leads over aan private bankers en zorgen zij voor een regelmatige follow-up van de voortgang van de conversie.
- Medewerkers organiseren samen met MarCom expertisesessies binnen lidmaatschapsclubs of partnerschappen om de expertise van het kantoor aan de juiste leads en prospects te tonen.
- Medewerkers zorgen voor een goede follow-up van alle leads in de pijplijn van private bankers en experts. Dit betekent dat zij alle leads in de pijplijn kennen en regelmatig strategieën coördineren met private bankers om leads op te volgen en om te zetten in prospects en nieuwe cliënten.
- Associates hebben wekelijkse vergaderingen met kantoren in hun regio, om het overzicht van prospectieactiviteiten te bespreken en nieuwe leads te beoordelen en een vervolgplan op te stellen. Tijdens deze wekelijkse vergaderingen brengen zij nieuwe updates van activiteitsactiviteiten en de aanpak die zij hebben gevolgd om deze leads aan te trekken.

- Enige professionele kennis in bankieren en kredietbemiddeling binnen Private Banking en aanvullende training / bijscholing
- Technische kennis van bankproducten en -diensten (processen en systemen), beleggen en financiële planning
