**Role: Digital Channel Advisor**
**Location: Brussels, Belgium**
**Description**:
- You will collaborate with the Digital Ambassadors of the different BC's in your scope.
- Focus is on region Vlaams-Brabant but you will work together with your colleague of region Brussels. You are also backup during holidays.
- You will focus on Easy Banking Business, but you will promote the full range of digital channels and products (Centric/Isabel/Connexis/EBW) in collaboration with other departments like GTS, Cash Management,.
- You will, together with the 2 Business Center Managers, monitor the local equipment & activation progression
- You will share customer feedback and knowledge in the CB Digital Community
- You will support the salesforce in the 2 BC's for complex activation cases on Easy Banking Business and give technical set-up support for those complex cases.
- You will Keep up-to-date on evolution of all channels and digital offerings, including competition watch
- You will Actively propose suggestions for functional improvements, enhancements or new services based on direct input from customers and sales you receive
**Required experience / knowledge**:

- Commercial Minded
- Daily contacts with banking clients (companies)
- Digital Banking Knowledge: sufficiently comfortable with the functional aspects of our Digital Channels as well as the related processes and the basic technicalities of getting a client started with the e-channel

- Ability to manage meetings
- being able to support clients in technical aspects
- Autonomous and dynamic with good communication and coordination skills
- Team-player with a “can do” mentality and willingness to go “the extra mile”
- Solution-driven
- Able to structure the area digitization initiatives, collaborate closely with ARM & RM in the different BC and provide follow-up for area management and central teams.
- Affinity with promoting digital in a corporate sales environment, interested to learn about B2B Banking Business, products and services
