Als
**Administration Support Officer** zul je verantwoordelijk zijn voor het
**beheer van de administratie**, het
**inplannen van meetings**,
**data input**,
**agendabeheer** en
**telefonie**.

Je zult terugkoppelen naar de overkoepelende leidinggevende en zelfstandig kunnen werken is een must.

We zoeken iemand met
**administratieve ervaring** en
**affiniteit met finance is een pluspunt**.Een diploma is van
**ondergeschikt belang**, maar we zoeken iemand die reeds een
**eerste administratieve ervaring** achter de rug heeft.

Qua persoonlijkheid zoeken we een
**matuur persoon die rustig kan werken en steeds de koelte weet te bewaren.**
Je moet
**goed kunnen communiceren in het Engels** en kennis van het Nederlands is een pluspunt.Onze klant,
**een hoogtechnologisch bedrijf in Zwijndrecht**, is op zoek naar een
**Administration Support Officer** om een kleine team van een zestal personen te versterken op de
**Finance afdeling**.

Je zult overkoepelend ondersteuning bieden voor de medewerkers van drie verschillende aspecten van de financiële afdeling, namelijk boekingen bij de banken, lopende garanties en financiële veiligheid.Wat onze klant te bieden heeft?
