**Agronomic Solution Manager**

We're looking for an Agronomic Solution Manager to join the Agronomic Solution Manager Team for Germany/Benelux/Austria/Switzerland. The main geographical scope for the position will be Belgium and the Netherlands.

As an Agronomic Solution Manager, you will belong to a highly motivated team of seven colleagues. You will be responsible for the development of plant protection products for an assigned portfolio mainly for Belgium and the Netherlands. You will be working closely together with colleagues from global, regional, and cluster functions of Field Solutions, Regulatory Science, Market Development and Marketing.

**YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Support Market Development activities within the arable crop segment for a limited period
- Define and implement product development strategies in the assigned segment to ensure an optimized time-to-market process in close collaboration with regional and cluster functions of Field Solutions, Regulatory Science, Market Development and Marketing
- Coordinate all development activities, including planning, trial samples, and trial evaluation to obtain product registrations for the assigned portfolio
- Actively contribute to zonal/European development projects as a member of the respective Crop teams and communities on European and national level
- Maintain proximity to the local markets to anticipate customer needs and trends in the marketplace
- Cooperate with key stakeholders, as official institutes, universities, external trial cooperators, and key opinion leaders

**WHO YOU ARE**
- University degree or equivalent in horticulture, agriculture, or biological sciences
- Solid knowledge of Arable crops and practical cropping systems as well as good experience with field trials and field-testing methodology and experience in working with development of crop protection solutions
- Strong analytical, project management and digital skills and result oriented
- Good team player and enjoy working in cross-functional teams across countries and cultures
- Good networking and communications skills
- Fluent written and spoken English and Dutch, French is a plus
