**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage **cloud-native software projects** from inception to completion.
- Oversee and coordinate **offshore and decentralized teams** to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Drive project execution, ensuring **timely delivery** within scope and budget.
- Communicate effectively with **C-Level executives**, providing clear updates and insights.
- Identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and ensure project quality.
- Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- **7+ years** of experience managing **IT projects**.
- **5+ years** of experience handling **cloud-native software projects**.
- **5+ years** of experience working with **offshore/decentralized teams**.
- Certified in **Project Management methodologies** (PMBOK, Prince2, or equivalent).
- Strong ability to present to and engage with **C-Level executives**.
- **Fluent in English** (mandatory) and **French or Dutch** (preferably trilingual).

**Nice-to-Have Skills**:

- Experience with Agile, Scrum, and DevOps methodologies.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Background in enterprise software development or SaaS projects.
