Join Capgemini as a **Java Software Architect** and play a vital role in driving our Digital Transformation projects forward, leveraging the power of Low Code development.

**YOUR ROLE**

We’re looking for motivated Java Architects with a passion for open-source technology to support our cloud integration projects.
- Design and develop software systems using Java technologies
- Develop and implement software architecture
- Ensure system performance, scalability, and maintainability
- Manage technical teams and ensure they have the necessary skills and resources
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand technical requirements and communicate solutions
- Identify and address technical challenges and issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Define coding standards and best practices for the team to follow
- Conduct code reviews and ensure quality control of code and architecture
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in the Java ecosystem
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members

**YOUR PROFILE**
- Highly skilled in software engineering and development, with strong expertise in Java, web development and web services, source code and data management and SQL
- A collaborative spirit & customer-oriented attitude
- Result-driven & focused on delivering quality
- Fluent in French or Dutch and professional working proficiency in English
- Resident in Belgium
