IT Project Manager

**Job description**:

- For our pharmaceutical client in Beerse, we're looking for:

- Business Translator/ Project manager

Solid appetite to design from white page and challenge status quo and find out of the box solution for a selection of Therapeutic areas. Experience in working in agile teams. Problem solving takes end to end ownerships of use cases. Utilize market and industry knowledge to translate/anticipate user needs in meaningful way to business stakeholders. Orchestrate integration of new data sources (internal, external) leading to generate new insights and reinforce customer engagement. While ensuring consistency between business needs and the technical solution over time (consultative review). Work across D&AS pillar to ensure KPIs, data roadmap is aligned, learn and share best practice / success.

Main task: proven ability to work cross functionally and plan to shape, challenge and drive data reporting strategy/thinking. Strong communication skills with comfort in speaking with business stakeholders. Work with compliance to ensure personal data and sensitive data are managed properly. include organization around data governance with Data Strategy pillar (Data steward).
- Use interviews, data, feedback and other information-gathering methods to gain a deeper understanding of user workflows and pain points through projects management and consultative review after delivery
- Orchestrate integration of new data sources (internal, external) leading to generate new insights and reinforce customer engagement
- Leading validation and test sessions with users and stakeholders and delivering solutions during UAT
- Strengthening the user experience through a feedback/consultative review and iterative development / enhancement roadmap
- Purpose Working across multidisciplinary business stakeholders and together with IT teams, deliver end-to-end business user experience requirements in the ambition to generate data-driven insights and develop ENSEMBLE Patients umbrella solutions
- Key responsibilities Advocates for business users through requirements gathering, translation & testing during development of novel reporting solutions

- As a Business Translator / Project Manager you'll possess the following capabilities:
Experience and skills Requirements User experience capture
- Employing best practice in end-to-end process including user adoption and retention, illustration of solution design (mock up), communication, and training
- Identifying user personas to design and tailor, where needed, the end-to-end user experience of solutions
- Gathering requirements from users and translating these for inclusion in mockups/wireframes, user stories, and mashups built by IT team
- Conducting surveys to capture user feedback and defining actionable steps to drive improvements to reporting solutions
- Defining test scenarios and executing the coordination of tests with end users to translate requirements for UAT conducted by IT team

Project management
- Managing project timelines, coordinating meetings for alignment, setting meeting agendas and communicating progress
- Confirming prioritization of user stories and timelines with IT colleagues
- Developing timeline of activities for business input based on development schedule
- Working in an agile development environment with experience using JIRA for IT collaboration
- Experience using MS Teams / Slack for collaborating on shared documents, project planning, etc.
