**Functieomschrijving**
Als IT-Support ben je verantwoordelijk voor de continuïteit in het functioneren van alle data-, informatie
- en communicatiesystemen. Zowel hardware als software.
- Installeren en configureren van hardware en software (laptops, printers, smartphone, tablets,)
- Ondersteuning van applicaties van M365 (Outlook, OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint, ), telefonie (VoIP),aan de eindgebruikers
- Beantwoord je telefonische of via mail vragen van eindgebruikers en registreer je incidenten in ons ticketingsysteem, je volgt deze op en biedt de nodige oplossingen aan. Ook documentatie van deze zaken is jouw verantwoordelijkheid.
- De werkpost configureren aan de behoeften van de gebruiker en functietests uitvoeren
- Zorgen jij en je collega’s, in nauwe samenwerking met de IT-manager, ervoor dat de IT-infrastructuur goed blijft draaien.
**Profiel**
- Je beschikt over een bachelor
- of graduaatsdiploma in IT (of gelijkwaardig door relevante werkervaring).
- Je bent Nederlandstalig en beschikt over een goede kennis van het Frans. Je ondersteunt zowel Nederlandstalige als Franstalige collega’s.
- Je beheert vlot volgende technische vaardigheden: Active Directory, Windows, M365,...
- Je beschikt over probleemoplossende vaardigheden
- Je bent gestructureerd : je beheerst de globale context, je hebt oog voor details, je werkt ordelijk en laat niets aan het toeval over.
- Je bent vindingrijk en je brengt je opdrachten tot een goed einde binnen de deadlines.
- Je houdt van een afwisselend takenpakket en je past je aan de voortdurende evolutie van de materie.
- Je kan zelfstandig functioneren, maar je bent ook een teamspeler
