**Nous recherchons un.e Operational Marketeer pour nous rejoindre ASAP **

**Responsabilités**:
**En tant qu'Operational Marketeer votre rôle sera de définir et mettre en oeuvre une approche qui permettra de créer une relation à long terme avec les clients B to C**
- Suivre et être capable d'interpréter les tendances du marché ;
- Analyser et comprendre les besoins des clients ;
- Créer une approche stratégique pour fidéliser les clients existants et acquérir de nouveaux clients ;
- Mettre en place des approches permettant de suivre la performance des campagnes.

- Master ou expérience équivalente ;
- Parfaite maîtrise du français et de l'anglais et une très bonne connaissance du néerlandais ;
- Minimum 3 ans d'expérience dans une fonction similaire ;
- Esprit analytique ;
- Expérience dans un environnement de travail agile est un plus.
