Market Access ManagerJob Summary: We are seeking a proactive and strategic Market Access Manager to join our team. This role is essential in driving the operational aspects of pricing and reimbursement of our portfolio.. The Market Access Manager will focus on executing strategies to ensure fast market access, optimize pricing, , analyzing market trends, and identifying opportunities for expansion. Key Responsibilities: · Operational Market Analysis: Conduct detailed market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape. · Strategy Execution: Implement strategies to ensure fast market access and optimal pricing, ensuring operational efficiency. · Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Regulatory) and external stakeholders (e.g., healthcare providers, payers) to support market access initiatives. · Performance Monitoring: Analyse the performance of our products in the market, providing regular operational reports and insights to senior management. · Competitive Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities and develop operational counterstrategies to maintain a competitive edge. · Product Positioning: Collaborate with the marketing team to position our products effectively in the market. · Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all market access activities comply with local regulations and standards. Qualifications: · Education: Master degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy, or a related field. · Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in market access within the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in generics. · Skills: · Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills. · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. · Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment. · Proficiency in market research and data analysis tools. · Knowledge of regulatory requirements and healthcare systems.
