**Jouw taken**:
Als kwaliteitsverantwoordelijke ben je hét aanspreekpunt voor kwaliteitscontrole en klachten in de organisatie. Je werkt nauw samen met de verscheidene afdelingen binnen het (voedings)bedrijf en met externe leveranciers.
Je geeft verantwoording aan de Supply Chain Manager en je takenpakket bestaat uit:
Beheer kwaliteitsdocumenten en -systeem
Controle correctheid technische fiches, verpakkingen, vertalingen
Beantwoorden vragen klanten i.v.m. kwaliteit en technische info van producten
Contact met leverancier i.v.m. kwaliteit producten
Opstart en opvolging van Recall/terugroepingen
Opvolgen klachten leveranciers en klanten, klachtenregister
Up-to-date houden gegevens in ERP-systeem (voedingswaarden, allergenen, kwaliteitslabels,)
Beheer gegevens producten in CDB (databank GS1) en my product manager
Controle etiketten eigen producten
Controle ompak en inpak labels
**Vaardigheden**:
Je hebt een opleiding voedings-en dieetleer of gelijkaardig, of je hebt reeds werkervaring in een Quality functie in de voedingsindustrie.
Parttime functie.
Je bent tweetalig (Nederlands - Frans) en kan vlot overweg met het Office-pakket.
