Je rapporteert aan de HR Manager. De firma is gekend voor zijn korte communicatielijn waardoor je een familiaal gevoel zal ervaren, mede door de toegankelijke Managers. Functieomschrijving - Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het volledige werving & selectie proces - Je zit samen met de afdelingsverantwoordelijken om het gezochte profiel in kaart te brengen, je schrijft vacatureteksten uit, plant gesprekken in die je zelf ook afneemt, organiseert eventuele testen, maakt een contractvoorstel op en volgt deze op met de kandidaat. - Je hebt contact met externe partners om jou te ondersteunen bij de zoektochten naar zowel bedienden als arbeiders. - Je bent aanwezig op jobbeurzen en staat ook in contact met scholen om de juiste mensen aan te trekken. - Je stuurt een team van recruiters aan **Gezocht profiel** - 5 tot 10 jaar ervaring binnen rekrutering - Kennis van "campus verhaal" (studenten en stagairs aantrekken) - Kennis van strategie ontwikkeling - Gemotiveerd en gedreven - 3-talig Nederlands, Frans en Engels - People manager **Aanbod** - Een open bedrijfscultuur waar elke dag nieuwe kansen ontstaan. - Direct vast contract - Een uitdagende functie in een dynamisch team, incl. een grote verscheidenheid aan taken in een internationale setting. - Veel verantwoordelijkheden met impact. - Een stabiel merk in volle groei. - Een job waarbij ze je stimuleren om de beste versie van jezelf te zijn. - Genoeg ruimte om een inspirerende en bevredigende carrière te ontwikkelen. - Ze bieden een aantrekkelijk salaris met extralegale voordelen en zorgen voor permanente interne en externe opleidingen om jou aan de top van je carrière te houden
