Customer Activation Manager
Als een Customer Activation Manager wordt je een “bruggenbouwer”, een echte leader in de communicatie tussen OnTrade, Trade Marketing, TechSales en OffTrade departamenten.
Bij AB InBev dromen we groots. Het brouwen van 's werelds meest geliefde bieren, het bouwen aan iconische merken zoals Stella Artois, Budweiser, Corona en het creëren van betekenisvolle momenten is wat ons inspireert.

De rol
- Follow-up Gameplan & en een “pivot” zijn tussen interne en externe stakeholders
- Integratie, opvolging en aanpassing van het nationaal promo plan (B-to-B & B-to-C)
- Verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen en het verzamelen van alle benodigdheden om een correcte promo uit te voeren. (display’s, posters, etc )
- Aligneren van de acties voor bierhandelaren met de Operationele Field plannen van Trade Marketing
- Voorbereiding opladen promo’s in ERP/SAP B-to-B en WCP
- Ownership en volledig beheer van de contingenten en mogelijke Field Hitlists voor selling-in van Trade Programma’s
- Opvolging van investeringen en capex-budgetten voor de drinks (Green fields)
- Behalen en behouden van een fair marktaandeel in het kanaal Drinkshops
Profiel
- Masterdiploma met een eerste commerciële ervaring
- Sterke analytische skills om marktdata te verwerken en conclusies te trekken
- Marktinzicht in OnTrade en OffTrade is relevant, gedrevenheid om beide te ontwikkelen
- Sterke “bruggenbouwer”: goeie connectie verzekeren tussen OnTrade, Trade Marketing, TechSales en OffTrade
- Presentatie skills: in staat zijn een strategie te vertalen in impactvolle presentaties
- Talenkennis Nederlands-Frans-Engels
