**_Job overview and responsibilities_**
- ** Stakeholder Management**: Collaborate with business units, IT teams, and external vendors to understand requirements, address issues, and implement enhancements.
- ** Vendor Management**:Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure vendor performance meets service level agreements (SLAs).

**_Education and experience_**
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT service management, with a focus on document management systems.
- Proficiency in document management software (e.g., SharePoint, Google, OpenText, Aodocs, M-Files, etc ), ITIL certification is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
- Experience in managing projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.
- Proven experience in managing budgets and controlling costs within an IT environment.
- Experience in managing vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring vendor performance.
