As Sales Assistant, you will be the right-hand man of our Sales Manager who is in charge of business development and of our existing customers.
Within our human-sized company, you will play a very central and versatile role in relation to both internal and external parties.
Your tasks will focus on sales administration, logistics and project development support.
You will be responsible for the development of international contacts with suppliers, customers and carriers. You will interact internally with our designer, the Quality / Production department located in China, the accounting department and management.
In concrete terms, your tasks are:
- Administrative management of the sales for current contracts
- Placement of orders and restocking with our office in China
- Logistical monitoring of production and transport
- The organisation of deliveries to our customers
- Invoicing
- Support to project development
- Follow-up of various customer requests
- Follow-up of proposals, prototypes, validation and price negotiations.
- You play an essential role in the smooth running of our activities_

Profiel

For this position, it is important to enjoy working in French and English. Dutch is a plus.

Telefonische oproepen en bezoekers filteren
- Brieven, verslagen, nota’s,... opstellen en redigeren
- Verplaatsingen van de verantwoordelijke of van teamleden organiseren
- Professionele informatie en reglementering bijwerken
Documenten archiveren en klasseren
- Dossiers behandelen en opvolgen (samenstellen, samenvatten, bijwerken van bestanden,...)
- Tools voor de opvolging van de activiteiten en situatieoverzichten ontwikkelen en bijwerken
