Senior Direct Marketing Campaign Expert

Mission:
You are responsible for in-depth targeting & measurement of simple to very complex campaigns to support active customer base management (both on value (revenues generation or protection) and volumes (churn reduction or gross adds acceleration).
Furthermore your are responsible for in-depth campaign efficiency analysis, detailed customer insights on owned segment to formulate recommendations of campaigns evolutions to CLM Manager to reach business objectives.

Key responsibilities:

- Develop and deliver end-to-end targeting, measurement, and contact data for simple to very complex campaigns in time and quality (respecting targeting request and business rules linked to each segment)
- Responsible for all business rules applicable for all campaigns for a given market segment.
- Proactively identify potential customer segments and targets to be addressed to support business objectives.
- Proactively deliver a detailed report for each campaign and in-depth campaign efficiency analysis, detailed customer insights on owned segment using campaign datamart information but also DWH and/or other data sources
- Formulate recommendations to improve campaign efficiency.
- Is the business spocs for campaign management community for the datamart for which he/she is responsible.
- Is the owner of the linked data dictionary

**Profile**:

- Minimum 4 years of previous relevant professional experience of which 1- or 2-years minimum exposure to marketing
- Expertise & experience in IT & databases; mastership of related tools, e.g. UNICA, SAS, Business objects
- Strong conceptual skills
- Excellent data manipulation & analytical skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills (to discuss specifications & timelines with internal customers)
- Capacity to act as a driver for change (in order to respond to ever increasing challenging requirements which are set by Marketing)
- Communication skills and persuasiveness
- English reading & writing, fluency in FR or NL, fair in the other language
