**Introduction**
To support our international growth ambitions, we are expanding our SME International Sales team. To ensure growth in different regions of SME international, we are looking for a driven Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) for who will work with our sales and marketing teams to deliver qualified leads to our SME International salespeople.
Your tasks will include:
You will cover the whole of Europe and will work closely with our international marketing team to leverage their activities to enable your success.
You also work closely with the international SME sales department to effectively attract leads and convert them into opportunities (international scope up to 250 employees).
You will lead prospecting for a designated area and be responsible for creating quarterly plans to meet quotas. Additionally, as an SDR, you will provide regular, accurate forecasts and update customer prospect status using Salesforce.
You will be part of a team of 13 SDRs working nationally throughout Europe. The team leader is based in the United Kingdom, and this is the person you will report to.
What characteristics do you need to succeed in the SDR role?
- Ambitious and self-motivated person who is willing to achieve the highest quality in your work.
- Creative and confident communication skills and open to feedback and development.
- Consistently meeting/exceeding sales quotas within specified time frames.
- Self-directed person with a track record of successful, measurable customer follow-up and sales development at multiple leadership levels in an organization.
- Strong ability to attract and qualify opportunities, handle objections, and manage time.
- A real sales hunting mentality
- Experience with cold call structuring, call control, and pitching.
- Experience with using social selling tools like Google and LinkedIn.
- Ability to work in a high-energy and fast-paced sales team.
- Positive and energetic phone skills, good listening skills, good writing skills.
- Very good knowledge of French, Dutch and English. Speaking German is an asset.
Desirable:
- Working knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM is advantageous but not necessary.
- Knowledge of the HR sector is advantageous but not essential.
