As a hostess you are the face of the restaurant. You are the point of contact for our guests, you

ensure that the service runs smoothly and you create added value.

**TASKS**:

- You are the guests first point of contact and answer their questions with a smile.
- Monitoring optimal restaurant occupancy and making adjustments where necessary.
- Making overview lists to brief the front of house and kitchen.
- Receiving the guests, providing a warm welcome and guidance to the table.
- All kinds of activities for the provision of service to the guests.
- Ensuring order and tidiness.

**PROFILE**:

- Very good communicative skills (written and verbal).
- You are hospitable, friendly and have a natural courtesy.
- An eye for detail and a “hands-on” mentality.
- You are good with computers and have good knowledge of Office software.
- Stress resistant, flexible and solution oriented.
- Excellent mastery of the Dutch and English language.
- You can work independently and act as a collegiate in a team.

**SCHEDULE**:

- Full-time. The working week is from Wednesday evening to Sunday afternoon.

**HOSTESS**Als hostess ben je het gezicht van de zaak. In deze functie ben je het aanspreekpunt voor onze

gasten, zorg je voor een soepel verloop van het servies en creëer je meerwaarde.

**TAKEN**
- Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt van de gasten en beantwoord met een glimlach hun

vragen.
- Bewaking van een optimale restaurant bezetting en bijsturen waar nodig.
- Het maken van overzichtslijsten ter briefing van de zaal en keuken.
- Het ontvangen van de gasten, zorgen voor een warm welkom en begeleiding naar de tafel.
- Allerhande werkzaamheden t.b.v. de serviceverlening naar de gasten toe.
- Waken over orde en netheid.

**PROFIEL**
- Communicatief zeer vaardig (zowel schriftelijk als mondeling).
- Je bent gastvrij, vriendelijk en beschikt over een natuurlijke beleefdheid.***:

- Oog voor detail en “hands-on”-mentaliteit.
- Je kan goed overweg met computers en hebt goede kennis van Office-software.
- Stressbestendig, flexibel en denkt in oplossingen.
- Uitstekende beheersing van het Nederlands en Engels.
- Je kan zelfstandig werken en je collegiaal opstellen in een team.**
**UURROOSTER**
- Voltijds. De werkweek is van woensdagavond t/m zondagmiddag.
