Business Analyst

We are hiring a Business Analyst (+5 years of experience) with a strong knowledge of business processes to join our team With your expertise in business analysis, you will collaborate with key stakeholders to organize and execute the most suitable plan for our clients. By leading your team to make sure business requirements are being met, you will also assess how the business is improving and identifying any opportunities for process improvements.
**Requirements**:
- At least 5 years of experience on analytical projects
- You focus on key users (user-centric designs, data flows, personas)
- Experience in various tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps
- You have a technical background and an analytical mindset
- You have good communication and problem-solving skills
- You are fluent in English as well as Dutch and/or French

**Salary**: €3,000.00 - €4,500.00 per month
