As part of our continued growth, we are looking for our new **Human Resources Manager (M/F)** for a **permanent contract (CDI)** based at our **Antwerp (Belgium)** site.

**What do we offer?**:
Reporting to the HR Director, your main responsibilities will include:

- Ensuring compliance with rules, procedures, and tools defined by General Management and the HR Department
- Assisting the HR Director in managing relations with social partners: preparing, participating in, and following up on meetings
- Supporting managers in labor law, change management, and people management
- Leading recruitment, skills development, training, and career planning
- Managing disciplinary actions and legal cases in coordination with the legal team
- Preparing and analyzing HR reporting and social indicators
- Participating in weekly HR steering committees and operational meetings
- Contributing to the ongoing alignment of HR policies and practices across the Group
- Participating in Group-level HR projects

**Who are you?**:
You have solid field experience in HR, ideally as an HR Business Partner or Generalist

You have an **in-depth knowledge of Belgian labor law** and are fully familiar with **payroll rules and practices in Belgium**

You are **fluent in both Dutch and English** (spoken and written); French is a plus

Experience in the industrial sector would be a strong asset

You are results-oriented and maintain close relationships with operational teams

You are recognized for your interpersonal intelligence, discretion, diplomacy, and listening skills

Team spirit and adaptability are essential

**Salary & Benefits**:
**Annual gross salary between €52,000 and €65,000**, based on 13 months (equivalent to €4,000-€5,000 per month)

**Company car provided**

Executive status under applicable Belgian labor law

Additional benefits according to local standards (to be detailed upon offer)
