WHOM ARE WE LOOKING FOR The Lead Scaled Analytics defines the data literacy strategy for all supply chain business value streams and partners in establishing scalable engagement models, standards & practices across analytics teams and functions in EMEA and Nike, Inc. She/he will drive data literacy efforts for EMEA Ops & Logistics in collaboration with other analytics teams within Nike, Inc. Success in this role will require strong communication and partnership skills, the ability to think outside the box and influence senior leadership on the need to prioritize data literacy efforts while having the aptitude to engage with numerous teams to strengthen together EMEA Ops & Logistics analytics fitness. WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON In this role, you'll create and communicate a shared understanding of "How" analytics will transform the work of EMEA Ops & Logistics Athletes and define their journey to self-service. Grow the data literacy in our EMEA operations & logistics space through learning & engagement. - Own the success of a data literacy program, including the development and monitoring of objectives, key results and roadmap for the rollout of learning. - Promote the need for data fitness and its impact on the business to ensure stakeholders realize the value of data literacy. - Define data personas and design a maturity model to help teams measure their baseline maturity and continuous improvement and their required level of data literacy. - Identify and address knowledge needs and gaps for self-service analytics with the support of analytics & technology partners. - Create, source, consolidate and align data literacy material with these partners, evaluate build vs. buy opportunities and ensure Nike EMEA Ops' fit. - Liaise with partners to leverage experiences and ensure a coordinated approach across Nike. - Facilitate the curation and delivery of a library of offline & online courses and develop outreach strategies to ensure stakeholders' engagement. - Work agile to deliver value that drives a longer-term data literacy strategy continually. Take a central role in the activation of analytics in the EMEA operations & logistics field - Establish scalable engagement models across analytics teams in EMEA / Global. - Be responsible for the central Supply Chain Analytics intake process and alignment of tooling and ways of working with other capability / analytics teams. - Align the Supply Chain Analytics work to the Nike quarterly planning processes. - Identify opportunities to democratize our analytics learnings to the wider organization to enable teams to build off relevant work by making previous insights easily searchable and accessible to other teams. Lead communication efforts and ceremonies to increase clarity and impact of Analytics work. WHOM WILL YOU WORK WITH As Lead Scaled Analytics you will inspire and work cross-functionally with analytics & business teams in Operations & Logistics. You will be a part of the EMEA Supply Chain Analytics team and collaborate with different partners across Nike ELC and Nike's European HQ in the Netherlands. WHAT YOU BRING - Relevant work experience within the space of Logistics & Supply Chain and used to fast-paced, dynamic, and international culture. - Relevant work experience with learning and development strategies in a data and analytics field - Ability to act as a change agent across organizational boundaries to improve analytical ways of working - Great teammate: enable your environment and ability to empower and work well with diverse, cross-functional teams.
