Clearfacts - Operations Coordinator

We are looking for an Operations Coordinator to join the ClearFacts team in Berchem to coordinate the onboarding of new customers and the necessary adjustments with existing customers.
In this role we expect the following tasks from you
You are responsible from A to Z for the follow-up of the installation process for new customers (accounting firms who wish to start with ClearFacts) through proactive coordination with the customer, accurate follow-up and planning within ClearFacts and correct invoicing.
You coordinate all kinds of questions from customers that require an implementation: you discuss the needs with the customer and you monitor that the necessary steps are taken within ClearFacts.
**You are responsible for the ClearFacts invoicing**: you collect all input for the monthly invoicing and you meticulously ensure a correct settlement to our customers and partners.
You are strong in organization, follow-up and administration. The technical execution of the various tasks lies with colleagues in the team. You are able to follow up and schedule those implementations, accurately invoice and guide the customer in what we expect from him.
