EDR Antwerp Shipyard is de grootste scheepswerf van België, gespecialiseerd in scheepsonderhoud en -reparaties, cascoverwerking en scheepsbouw. Uitdagende activiteiten, die bekwame en gemotiveerde teamleden vereisen.
- Projectopvolging en
- Projectkostencontrole
- Toezicht houden op gedeelde diensten voor de verwerking van leveranciersfacturen en het beheer van stamgegevens van het financiële boekhoudsysteem.
- Traceren, beoordelen en goedkeuren van inkomende facturen tegen inkooporders
- Betalingen verrichten en helpen bij de cashflowplanning en het onderhouden van relaties met crediteuren.
- Op een professionele manier omgaan met inkomende inningscommunicatie en tegelijkertijd de relaties met leveranciers onderhouden en verbeteren.
- Ondersteuning bij de maandelijkse en jaarlijkse financiële rapportage, waaronder het boeken van uitgaven en het beoordelen van de winstgevendheid van projecten
- Ondersteuning bij budgettering, capex tracking en andere ad hoc taken
**Profil**:
- Master in financiën of economie of bachelor met ervaring in een soortgelijke functie
- Ten minste 8 jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke functie
- Sterke persoonlijkheid die kan communiceren om dingen gedaan te krijgen.
- Sterke numerieke en analytische vaardigheden en grondige kennis van financiële overzichten
- Probleemoplossend vermogen
- IT kennis en vaardigheden, specifiek Excel (PowerBI is een sterke plus)
- Vlotheid in zowel gesproken als geschreven Nederlands en Engels
