**Description**
- As part of our client's legal team, you are responsible for providing written advice to the members of the federation. You help them to find legally correct solutions that meet their needs in your specialty.
- This work allows you to establish constructive contacts with the authorities and stakeholders.
- In addition, you are able to fluently translate the expertise you develop into editorial texts for legal journals and other publications.
- You will be dealing with questions concerning the law of obligations and the law of property, including purchase and sale, mandates, conventional pre-emption rights, leases, co-ownership, emphyteusis, surface area and usufruct.
**Profile**
- You have a master's degree in law (required).
- A Master's degree in notarial science or equivalent professional experience is an asset.
- You have a very good written and oral knowledge of one of the two national languages (FR/NL) and a good knowledge of the other language.
- You are a good communicator, a team player and flexible. You are also result-oriented.
