Ambition are excited the working on an EMEA led role operating from the Brussels office, the position will sit at management level but we are keen to engage individuals who have a variety of management experience, as culture and team fit is most important for this to be a successful hire. Where we believe this role differs from other roles in the market is the international nature of the role, you will be working very closely with the firms newly appointed Head of BD for the region and an additional Head of regulatory based in London.

The role has some great long term career prospects with the ability to help build the Brussels BD offering and a clear pathway for someone to become a senior manager and play a pivotal part in the firms European BD leadership team. Some prior experience of operating in an EMEA capacity would be advantageous but not essential.

**Core duties include;**
- Work with the Brussels based partners with all aspects of business development planning and implementation, with a focus upon client targeting to aide the partners in growing revenue streams from existing and new clients. You will also be responsible for managing and implementing the BD budget.
- Be involved in the EMEA Global Regulatory business planning, working with colleagues based in several office locations across the region. Working on BD activities for the region ensuring a joined-up approach.
- Working with BD colleagues including the centralised pitch team across all aspects of the pitch process creating a compelling value proposition leading to a continuation of the firms win percentage.
- In tandem with the partners, be involved in firm and individual profile raising, you will have support from the global media relations team on thought leadership and digital marketing projects.
- When required take part in the planning and delivery of the events programme, in particular leading on the Brussels events piece. You will also have support of the global events team to deliver this.
