We are looking for a motivated and experienced **System Administrator** who would like to join our reliable and innovative team.

**Responsibilities**:

- MacOS and Linux systems administration
- Day-to-day management and administration of Atlassian products: JIRA, Service Desk, and Confluence.
- Setting up workflows, custom fields, reports, security schemas, issue schemas, etc.
- Creating user accounts, reports, dashboards, projects
- Troubleshooting of internal systems
- IDP management setup and maintenance
- MDM provision setup and maintenance
- Mentoring the team of 2 people

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of professional experience in the relevant position
- Upper-intermediate English level
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask

**Technical skills**:
**Must have**
- Solid experience with Atlassian Cloud stack (Jira, Confluence, ServiceDesk)
- Good understanding of networking principles NAT, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP
- Considerable experience with Windows Active Directory

**Nice to have**
- Work experience with Firewall, VPN (IPSec/OpenVPN)
- Experience with Clouds (AWS)
- Experience with Jamf product suit
