Voor één van onze overheidsklanten kijken we uit naar een Portfolio Manager. Binnen deze rol zorg je voor een goed evenwicht tussen projecten, mensen, middelen. Coördineren en prioriteiten stellen behoren tot je sterktes.
**Details**:
- Lange termijn
- 3d per week Brussel
**Challenges**:
- De Domein Portfolio Manager:
- is een sleutelfiguur binnen de werking van het tactische domein.
- organiseert en coördineert het tactische team in het uitvoeren van haar opdracht.
- coördineert de intake en de evaluatie van business requirements
- definieert de prioriteiten en de roadmap van het domein
- zorgt voor een kwalitatieve voorbereiding van de ealisatietracks en organiseert de opvolging van de veranderingen in realisatie wat betreft scope, kwaliteit, voortgang en kost.
- stemt regelmatig af met het EPMO en verzekert zo dat de werkzaamheden binnen het domein gealigneerd zijn met de prioriteiten en beoogde tijdslijn van de strategische veranderingen, zoals die door de Federale Pensioendienst bepaald werden.
- zorgt voor voldoende afstemming met de naburige domeinen zodat goede afspraken gemaakt worden rond eventuele raakvlakken of afhankelijkheden.
- Hij stemt geregeld af met de departementen waarvoor het domein oplossingen levert.

- De kandidaat heeft affiniteit met Business & Applicatie Architectuur
- De kandidaat heeft concrete ervaring binnen +2000 medewerkers organisatie
- De kandidaat heeft concrete ervaring binnen een federale overheidsdienst
