NRB est à la recherche d'un collaborateur p_assionné par les technologies Microsoft (on premise, on line et hybride) qui_ souhaite s'investir en tant que _**_Team Manager_**_ _**_Workplace_**_ au sein de notre équipe de Herstal.- En tant que Team Manager Workplace, vous gérez une équipe, suivez les demandes et problèmes du client, autour des technologies Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange, AD, Windows Server, M365, Azure, VMWare, workplace services._
- Vos responsabilités principales consisteront à:_
- Traiter les incidents et problèmes complexes, fournir un support et une expertise technique à vos collègues et au client
- Evaluer la situation pour s’assurer que les évolutions (life cycle), mises à niveau, modifications et/ou extensions peuvent être réalisées
- Assurer un support pour le client, mettre en place des outils de monitoring, prodiguer des conseils afin d’optimiser le RUN du client
- Participer à la gestion et la mise en place des systèmes de gestion des Desktop et Mobile Devices
- Documenter les environnements gérés et les processus à suivre
- Participer à l’amélioration continue de la qualité de service et à l’automatisation des tâches
- Diriger une équipe, planification des tâches, contrôle des prestations
- Challenger vos collaborateurs sur leurs performances
- Veiller à la satisfaction optimale de nos clients: entretenir un contact proactif avec ceux-ci, identifier leurs nouveaux besoins afin de faciliter une relation positive et productive à long terme
- Analyser les écarts par rapport aux SLA’s, identifier et traiter les plaintes
- Participer au processus service management comme incident, change et problem management (ITIL)
- Bachelier ou master en informatique ou expérience équivalente
- Expérience de minimum 5 ans dans une fonction technique et managériale
- Niveau opérationnel en français et en néerlandais
- Connaissances, expériences, compétences techniques exigées en Microsoft Exchange Server, Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft (Windows Server, Active Directory [AD], Federation Services, Cluster failover, Azure), Powershell, Cisco IronPort; SBC
- Toute certification constitue un atout : Microsoft Certified System Engineer, Administrator, VMwareVCP4/5, Cisco, S4B, O365.etc
- Flexibilité, bonnes capacités d’analyse, orienté solutions, rigueur, esprit structuré, déterminé et avec la communication facile ; ITIL
- Vous êtes impliqué, innovant, proactif, organisé, capable de travailler en équipe et de façon autonome
- Maîtrise des outils Microsoft Excel & Visio
- Esprit commercial
