Dans ces pays, la Compagnie a une présence de plusieurs branches et plusieurs actifs liés à sa stratégie Integrated Power. La Belgique est un marché clé pour TotalEnergies et les activités BtoC et BtoB de TEPGB sont le porte-drapeau des ambitions de la Compagnie dans l'électricité et dans sa stratégie bas carbone. TEPGB est un laboratoire d'innovation pour des projets européens, notamment concernant les nouvelles : autoconsommation, pilotage de la consommation, tarifs dynamiques, panneaux solaires, véhicules électriques. ActivitiesEn tant que Customer Care Employee - Mid-Market & SME (h/f), sous la responsabilité et les instructions du N+1 : ll/elle fournit un support de deuxième ligne (traitement des demandes de sales, des réclamations et plaintes, suivi des escalations BO) qualitatif et rapide aux clients Mid-Market & SME ; Il/elle effectue les encodages nécessaires dans le système ; En lien avec l'équipe Qualité, il/elle contribue aux actions visant à améliorer la satisfaction du client.
