We are looking for an Technical Inside Sales Engineer to join our team in Belgium or The NetherlandsAs an Inside Sales Engineer you will receive customer requests for quotations and lead times as well as customer orders, creates quotations, and be responsible for the clean order handover. You will provide service and information to win customer orders with the goal to obtain satisfied customers and required business results.Onsite presence in Diegem (Belgium) or Rijswijk (Netherlands) is essential for effective collaboration and fostering our dynamic team environment. With our hybrid policy allowing one remote day per week, proximity to the office is a key requirement.If this sounds like a great opportunity for you, join us at EmersonIn This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:Independently create quotes for Emerson products & services.Responsible (technically & commercially) for the created quotes.Clean order handover of customer purchase order.Regularly update in sales administration tools.Perform in accordance with the relevant Emerson procedures like ethics and trade compliance.Who You Are:You build and deliver solutions that meet customer expectations. You persist in accomplishing objectives despite obstacles and setbacks. You identify and seize new opportunities.For This Role, You Will Need:Bachelor's degree or equivalent level in related field.Relevant experience in a technical position.Good understanding of technical applications, technical drawing, and materials science.Proficiency in Dutch and English written and spoken.Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart: Matrix organization experienceExperience in industrial automation environment; with a good knowledge of similar technical (valves) products and understanding of similar industries (e.g. chemical, petrochemical, oil & gas, power, life science) Interest in energy efficiency and sustainabilityProductive and open minded; problem solving skills.Good communication and teamwork skills.Our Culture & Commitment to YouAt Emerson, we prioritize a workplace where every employee is valued, respected, and empowered to grow.
