La Fosse is partnering with a respected Belgian data and AI consultancy to find a (Senior) AI Engineer who wants more ownership, more influence and a real path to leadership. Here, AI is never hype. It's used to solve real business problems for leading organisations across multiple industries.

What you'll do
- Turn client challenges into practical AI solutions, from quick MVPs to secure, production-grade applications
- Build end-to-end pipelines with proper evaluation, guardrails and monitoring
- Coach junior colleagues and help set technical standards
What you'll bring
- 4–7 years as an AI/ML Engineer with production experience
- At least one AI solution taken from POC to production
- Strong Python and SQL, plus solid software engineering habits
- Hands-on GenAI experience (RAG, agents, vector databases or LangChain/LlamaIndex), plus classical ML skills
- Cloud experience (Azure, AWS or GCP) and Docker
- Consultancy or client-facing experience
- Some mentoring experience, even informal, and the ambition to do more
- Fluent Dutch and English
