Job Description
You are responsible for successfully completing the project, from identifying needs to implementing the solution. You will be involved from the outset, describing the current and future state of the business process. You will lead workshops, organize and manage meetings necessary to gather information, and draft the deliverables required to define the project, adhering to Client's standards and methodology. As part of this role, you will guide the definition of future processes based on the chosen technology. You will structure the work of the development team and communicate effectively with project stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities
- You will organize the delivery of the product, respecting the defined needs, quality, deadlines, and budget. To this end, you will draft the deliverables necessary to clarify these objectives for all project stakeholders, adhering to the methodology established at the client.
- You will monitor the progress of these objectives.
- You will organize the necessary meetings and workshops to understand and map the business processes as required by Client.
- You will be responsible for communication within the project. You will ensure that stakeholders are kept informed of developments and/or any problems encountered.
- You will propose solutions and be able to explain their impact.
- You will draft the necessary documents to define the process so that they can be used directly by the project team for the implementation of the solution.
- Throughout the project, you will ensure that the implemented solution corresponds to the solution described in agreement with the business.
- You also ensure that the solutions you propose are integrable into the environment and operating methods of Client.
