What challenges await you?As a Senior Project Manager, you will join and strengthen the ACS team (Auditing – Controlling – Sorting). This team performs measurements, inspections, controls and sorting analyses on various waste streams, including PMD, residual waste and litter.What will you do in practice?You coordinate and monitor the execution of the household waste project.You manage the operational project team and support them where necessary.You oversee project planning, quality, budget and progress.You build and maintain sustainable customer relationships.You conduct audits on waste streams and processes.You prepare clear, accurate and well-substantiated reports.You actively contribute to the further growth and development of the ACS department.You combine operational project management with a coaching leadership style and act as the central point of contact for both your team and external stakeholders.
