Business Manager (Uitzendkantoor) – Limburg | People leadership én commerciële groeiVoor een groeiende speler in de uitzendsector zoeken we een Business Manager / Office Manager voor het kantoor in regio Limburg. Je bent het gezicht van het kantoor en combineert drie dingen die écht het verschil maken: commerciële drive, people management en operationele daadkracht.In deze rol:bouw je verder aan duurzame klantenrelaties én ontwikkel je nieuwe business;coach en stuur je je team aan als sparringpartner en motivator;draai je operationeel mee (planning, offertes, contracten) zodat je dicht bij de praktijk blijft;bewaak je budget en KPI's en zet je de koers uit voor de verdere groei van het kantoor.Wat het interessant maakt:veel autonomie om je eigen aanpak neer te zetten en mee te bouwen aan de toekomst van het kantoor;coaching en begeleiding voorzien als je doorgroeit vanuit Senior Consultant;salaris 2900 - 4200euro afhankelijk van ervaringsterk pakket met o.a. premium bedrijfswagen + tankkaart/laadpas, bonus, netto onkostenvergoeding, laptop, gsm-abonnement, maaltijdcheques en verzekeringen;32 vakantiedagen (20 + 12 ADV), oplopend tot 35.Ben jij Business Manager/Vestigingsmanager in de uitzendsector, of Senior Consultant klaar voor de volgende stap?
