ORGANISATIONOur customer is an international production company, active globally and with several factories in Belgium. They're specialized in the B2B production of parts for both residential and industrial gates & fences and they are recognized as the market-leader. (Car, fuel card, insurances, ...)Report to a stable management (7+ years) in a financially strong company.Work for a market leader that is well known in the industry.RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop long term relationships with all existing customers in EuropeCreate new relationships with new potential prospects in the door-built industryGenerate Sales turnover in line with target/budget set for your geographical region.Create and evaluate quotations plus follow up with your customers and internal CS department.Ensure continued development, maintenance and management of the customer base and products sold.Work in conjunction with Customer Service, Marketing and Commercial team.Ensure that the goals and objectives of the company are exceeded.Keep contact with other divisions of the group to find new business and built-up relationships.Follow-up on market evolution within the door business and report to Sales director.Follow-up on complaints with customers and quality departmentCreate visit reports and account plans.Responsible for Profit and Loss per accountREQUIREMENTSYou currently live in Belgium & you're open for a Belgian labourcontract.You have experience with international travel & you're open to travel 40% in EuropeYou have a stable career & you're willing to provide referencesYou're willing to have the employee-status. (So not an independant contractor)You speak English extremely fluently.You have at least 5 years of experience with B2B sales of goods (Not services)You have a clear track record of selling to production companies. (OEM/heavy industry/ machinebuilders/ ...)
