BUSINESS ANALYST BA BPMN UML AGILE BANKINGOn behalf of our client in the banking sector, we are looking for a Business Analyst who will ensure the functional continuity of key applications and support critical banking processes. You will analyse business needs, validate data and workflows, and help align new releases with operational requirements. In a context of frequent changes, you will contribute to delivering reliable and efficient solutions that improve both process performance and user experience.Tasks:You will be involved in:Providing expert-level functional and technical guidance to stakeholders, ensuring continuity of critical banking processes and prompt resolution of complex incidents.Managing and coordinating end-to-end application lifecycle activities, including release readiness, deployment validation, and operational risk controls across a regulated environment.Producing and maintaining high-quality functional and technical documentation, enabling effective knowledge transfer and supporting audit and compliance requirements.Defining, standardizing, and continuously improving operational and functional procedures, ensuring alignment with architectural guidelines, security standards, and industry best practices.Performing deep-dive data and performance analyses using structured methodologies and analytical tools (e.g., SQL), identifying root causes and recommending enhancements to strengthen system stability and efficiency.Driving the technical and functional integration of applications, leveraging existing platforms and services, coordinating with architecture and development teams, and managing a structured pipeline of functional improvements.Profile: 5+ years of Business Analysis experience, ideally within the banking or financial sector.Strong expertise in BPMN and UML, with proven delivery in Agile environments.Advanced analytical and data interpretation skills, with hands-on experience using SQL.Successful track record in large-scale IT projects, bridging business needs and technical delivery.Excellent communication skills with stakeholders at all levels; native French or Dutch, with strong proficiency in English.About us:Aubay is an international IT services agency founded in 1998 who advises companies on their digital transformation.
