About AudensielAs an international leader in digital transformation and business consulting, the Audensiel Group supports clients across all industries in the following areas:Digital: transformation project management, Agile leadership, functional analysis (AMOA), application development, testing and QA.IT & Business Consulting: support within IT departments and business units, with strong expertise in Banking, Insurance, and the Pharmaceutical industry.IoT: exploitation and processing of data from connected objects within complex and interconnected ecosystems.Data & AI: Big Data architecture and development, DevOps, analytical solutions, and artificial intelligence tools.Cybersecurity: audit, risk management, governance, and security project management.Cloud & DevOps: end-to-end support including strategy, governance, architecture, development, and DevOps operating models.Our Brussels-based subsidiary, Cream Consulting, works with major clients in banking, insurance, telecommunications, energy, public services, and transport.As part of our growth, we are looking for an IT Business Analyst with strong expertise in the banking sector.This role targets professionals with experience in banking or financial environments, capable of understanding industry challenges, regulatory constraints, and specific business processes.Your MissionAs an IT Business Analyst, you will be responsible for identifying business needs, translating them into functional solutions, and supporting their implementation while ensuring alignment between business processes and organizational objectives.Your responsibilities include:Communicating with stakeholders to understand their needsTranslating business requirements into detailed functional specifications for IT teamsAnalyzing the impact of requested changesPerforming gap analysis between existing (as-is) and target (to-be) processesDesigning and documenting target (to-be) processesDefining the testing strategy and overseeing test phasesCoordinating and ensuring communication between all stakeholdersParticipating in change management and deployment activitiesAdapting to complex and regulated client environments, particularly within the banking sectorProfile RequiredEssential SkillsProven experience in business analysis or process analysisStrong knowledge of the banking sector (as investment, transactional fraud, cards, payments, KYC, etc.)Ability to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality resultsVersatility, adaptability, and strong communication skillsStructured, creative, and pragmatic mindsetProficiency in French and English; Dutch is an assetAdditional AssetsKnowledge of project management methodologies (Prince2, PMI, Agile...) and related tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Enterprise Architect, Balsamiq, Clarity...)Experience with business process modelling tools (Aris, Visio, Camunda, UML...)Our Recruitment ProcessPhone interview with a recruiterOne or more interviews with a Business ManagerClient presentationMission startIn line with its ethical commitments, Audensiel promotes diversity, equal opportunities, and actively fights all forms of discrimination.
