**As Project Manager/Business Analyst, you will guide the change on our daily banking roadmap within our digital channels environment.**You will be responsible for managing the projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring that this is seamlessly integrated into our existing digital channels and provides a world-class customer experience.
**Accountabilities**:
Your responsibilities as Project Manager/Business Analyst will be to
- Manage the projects lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and control, and closure
- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders, including customer experience, marketing, and operations teams
- Collaborate with the solution design team to develop a solution that meets business requirements and is aligned with the company's digital strategy
- Manage the development and testing of the solution, including integration with existing digital channels and systems
- Develop and manage project plans, resource allocation plans, and project schedules
- Coordinate with stakeholders, including IT, customer experience, and marketing teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Manage project risks, issues, and changes, and develop mitigation plans as needed
- Develop and manage project budgets
- Ensure that the projects are deployed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
**Education**
Master degree with relevant experience in similar projects
**Required Experience**
10+ years of experience in project management & Business Analysis, preferably within a digital channels environment
**Business Experience**
**Mandatory**
Proven experience in managing projects with multiple stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams and this in a financial institutions environment
**Preferable**
Knowledge of daily banking products and services is a strong plus
**Soft Skills**
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills
- Experience with Agile project management methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
