Sander is looking for a Business analyst for one of his clients in the Software development sector located at Brussels.

Our client is a fast-growing FinTech based in Brussels, specializing in digital payment solutions and financial automation. As part of their expansion, they are looking for a Business Analyst to help translate business needs into smart, scalable solutions.
**Business Analyst**: The Job
As a Business analyst, you are the link between the customer and IT.
**Your tasks include**:
**Project & Stakeholder Management**: Act as a bridge between business and IT teams. Ensure alignment between product vision and technical implementation.
**Requirement Gathering & Analysis**: Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs. Translate requirements into clear functional specifications.
**Process Improvement & Functional Design**: Analyze existing workflows and propose efficient process optimizations. Document business processes using BPMN, UML, or similar tools.
**Business Analyst**: The profil
2-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst (preferably in FinTech, Banking, or Payments).
You speak fluently English and Dutch
You have a analytical thinker with problem-solving skills + You are a good communicator
**Business Analyst**: The Details
Full-time contract with an attractive salary, up to EUR5,000 gross, depending on experience.
